Called to get an estimate to change front brake pads on a 2001 Honda Accord and was quoted $180.00. I called 3 other shops and the next highest quote was $95.00 This place is called Hones-1 Auto care??? What a joke!!

I will NEVER! go there again. They were going to call me when the job was done. So I sat for 8 hrs. (not their waiting room). They forgot about me waiting, & found the car had been ready for 1 1/2 hr. earlier. My dashboard cover looked like it was put back by a monkey. The inside windshield had dirty hand prints that they never tried cleaning. Part of the work was evacuating, & refilling the AC refrigerant. There was NO difference with the AC, still blowing warm air. I found after taking it to a reputable shop, they either over filled it, or skipped doing it all together. Now I have a working AC again. I was going to take it back, but being so angry with them, it wasn't worth the frustration. LESSON LEARNED!

Our Toyota Sienna broke down (Timing Belt/Water Pump). I had it towed to the dealer who quoted me over $1000. Called Honest 1 they were $450 cheaper and did an excellent job replacing everything. They earned my business on the next repair. Thank you!

I have a Nissan Sentra manual transmission and the clutch system went out. I took my car there on a Friday and they were very busy. I was told that they would have my car done by Monday, needless to say, I was a little incredulous. I was called Saturday afternoon and given a quote of less than $750 and was amazed because other shops had quoted over $1000. Come Monday afternoon, I got a call and was told that my car was done. I rushed over and got my car to find that, due to it sitting in my driveway for 6 months, the battery was dead. I walked back in and asked for a boost. Not only were they willing to spare a mechanic for a few minutes to boost my car, but they did it for no extra charge. If anybody I knew was having car troubles, I would recommend Honest - 1.

After speaking with the owner, he apologized for the fact that no employees informed me of the situation and offered to give me a $100 gift certificate. I gave him my information, and no gift certificate was ever mailed. YOU ARE SLIME BALLS!
